Unable To Download Any .exe Files From Any Browser
Hello, I've recently run into a problem where I can not download executable files from any site! I recently got my computer about 2 weeks ago, and just noticed this problem when trying to download updated wireless drivers from dell's support site.
I get a HTTP 403 (Forbidden) page:
'You are not authorized to view this page
You might not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied.'
If someone can help me I would greatly appreciate it, because I would like to download the ATI mobility omega drivers so I can play Doom 3 without it freezing.
I am using a dell inspiron 9100 laptop
-Windows xp home edition sp1
-2.8ghz p4 w/ HT
-512mb DDR SDRAM
-128mb ATI mobiliy 9700 video card (dedicated, not shared)
-24x cdrw/dvd
Thanks in advance,
-Dan
